The story
Hollywood leading man Gerard Butler, star of 300 and Olympus Has Fallen, grew up in and around Paisley.
His star is set on Old Sneddon Street, outside The Exchange — soon to be Scotland's first purpose-built Youth Theatre.
Paisley's Buddie Walk of Fame is a pavement trail of engraved stones — Hollywood Boulevard-style — honouring ten sons and daughters of the town as voted for by the people of Paisley. Free to visit, on public streets, day or night.
